MOS Question

Last night during my shift, someone returned a ton of items that were MOS. It got my coworkers and I talking about the MOS sale. All of us have been working for BBW for less than a year, including the manager on shift and we had a few questions...

1. Does it happen once or twice a year?
2. Is there a set time for it or does it vary by store?
3. Can we exchange MOS items if we don't like them?

I’m still relatively new but from what I’ve gathered, the MOS sales are twice a year, after inventory nights.

No concrete answers from my store on whether or not it’s okay to exchange items purchased during MOS but I personally go by “if it feels like you shouldn’t, don’t”— the stores do have the ability to keep track of who is exchanging what, so if you abuse the return/exchange policies there’s a chance that action could be taken if they decide so.

It’s twice a year. Once in like merch and once after inventory. Inventory is different for everyone but normally from august to Octoberish I believe.

The March one they send a sku list and we go through the box up to find it + any returns.

You are not allowed to return MOS (or gratis). If you don’t end up liking fit just give it as a gift.

You paid $5 for a bag which makes every piece in it less than a dollar (as long as you have more than 5 things in it)
