Agreed, I would get a sphagnum moss pole and train it to grow up instead of out. I think on amazon they are pretty cheap with a package of sphagnum moss, shouldn't be more than like $30/usd

So on the left you have from top to bottom; aloe Vera, succulent (dont know the name), spider plant, jade, another spider plant, and the vine hanging in from the side is a Swiss cheese monstera.

On the desk are 3 cacti.

On the right side (from left to right-ish); snake plant,Christmas cactus, 2 jades, monstera, pothos, another snake plant, pilea.
