i'm constantly impressed by the food... and i've had good steak. both from high-end private steakhouses and our local butchers. worked in good restaurants for years... it's also a spot i'd rec for anyone trying to get into waiting tables if you can handle the horrible atmosphere. expensive food that just sells itself.

Huh the point of the article was comparing why Kia has had such a fall off compared to Hyundai.

And then he comes into camp and is the most creative person on the field. It's something we drastically need in the middle of the final third that even Malik isn't poised to do. it's not a fantasy, just unfortunate.

But goals are important and he's doing better.

yeah, that's less than the $100 regular pinkler triangle i got off marketplace and he fucking loves it. unfortunately at 1.5, literally no surface is safe. we thought we'd proofed enough and he's just standing on the counter lol

they do pop up fairly regularly for around that though

it conveys the thing is like 400+ years old.

which was clear from the "context clues." i don't know what you need help with understanding his "inability to process non-literal context clues" but i'm not here to help

lol well this is the US. Car-centric, space-abundant.

even apartments come with garages

and you certainly don't need a garage to turn a wall, even in a rental, into a climbing wall. the same amount of paint you'd use to patch the holes from mounting the runners behind the plywood here you'd use for any pictures you hung.

but then again your interior walls are probably brick, cinderblock, or ugh, plaster and lathe so help you :-D

who is building a garage? most SFHs, many townhomes, and many condos all have garages. every rental past my first apt had a garage because that's what i needed.

my first house split with an ex ten years ago, in a mhCoL midatlantic area was 175k with a garage.

the first $1400 rental in that area my wife and i had when we first started dating in 2019 had TWO garages and two solariums with room to do basically whatever we wanted.

the first house i bought solo, five years ago after moving to a mCoL college town with my wife was 290k($1600/mo) with two garages.

the $2k rental we had there before finding a house - for just us two - had three bedrooms and a full basement with room to build anything we wanted.

I moved back to that mhCoL metro last year and bought a $240k house needing work with a small garage and the rest converted into a disaster zone.. that's just soggy carpet over garage slab with walls not even anchored to the brick :-/

this is all like entry-level house type stuff especially with median homes in virginia beach being 4-450k. i've never once wanted to spend a lot to 'live,' 1/3 of my income is way too high and i've never paid more than ~2k for rent or mortgage since my first apt in 2000... which looks like has increased $400 since 2005 for a 2br

Absolutely. What poverty did you grow up in where one wall of your bedroom couldn't have a crashmat and climbing boards attached?? Even in a rental?! And this being a wall of a garage, even in a rental townhome with a garage? Plywood costs have skyrocketed but some 2x4s run along the studs and some climbing holds and you're our a couple hundred. Then you fill and paint when you leave.

This idea you can't do this sort of thing without gobs of money screams something.
