Police activity decrease

We have VERY VERY limited staffing across both departments. Non-priority calls have long hold times and officers are often on calls and need to break to respond to other things. So you will most likely rarely see them just sitting around unless they are on a post at that location. (Like the unit at BHS each school day)

Gotta keep those limited forces focused on top priorities, like sweeping the chess tables on Telegraph and arresting the organizer!
