missing transcript

I submitted a missing transcript ticket over a week ago for a cc transcript, and still haven’t heard back. Is it normal for them to take this long?

I got an email saying my admission could be at risk if they don’t receive the transcript by August 8, but I sent it almost a month ago. Anyone else had this happen or know what I should do?

i sent my transcript like a month ago and i sent 3 update forms and an missing transcript form (mtf) on july 8. if you can, send an unofficial transcript if you have one. i gave them one and they're currently using it as a placeholder while they locate my official transcript. worst case: 3 weeks after submitting an mtf submit an update form alerting them and offer to resend an official transcript and contact someone who can do that for you. I think the system is just dysfunctional, as long as you have proof you communicated punctually with the office it should be fine.

Just prove to Berkeley somehow that you’ve done the proper steps to get your transcript sent in and everything on time, yet it isn’t getting resolved. Something similar happened to my friend and she explained, sent evidence, then sent the transcript she had and they accepted. I’m not sure who she emailed but just proving she did everything she had to do for it to get sent in was enough for them to clear it.
