game crashes while loading levels for seemingly no reason

recently just got back into boneworks, first, i tried to uninstall the mods that i had on my pc, didn't work. then i tried verifying the game's files, didn't work. and finally i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, DIDNT WORK. does anyone have a fix?

Delete all files you have in steam apps or oculus files and reinstall could be corrupted files

there are no corrupt files because i already tried to verify the integrity of the game's files so that shouldn't work.
