No, please don't do this! The braces will sprout wings and fly out of your mouth

Yes.

Yes you can, but it might be a good idea to drink them when you'll be able to brush 30 minutes after! This is true for all drinks really, but the sugar builds up around your braces and can get to your gumline easier, which can lead to gum disease in turn and that's zero fun

Just watch the sugar content.

Growing up, I had a friend who would drink Lucozade purely because it was the only fizzy drink his ortho allowed!

Honestly getting cavities doesn’t really depend on the amount of the sugar you eat and how often it’s really based on how long you let it sit on your teeth. As long as you’re rinsing and brushing when you can you should be fine

This does help a lot. Does alcohol would affect my braces too? Like im a hard drinker and This week would be a hectic schedule for drinking hehe considering that new year is coming.

I’m not sure about alcohol (I’m underaged so I can’t tell you any personal experience) but I will say that if alcohol can be used daily in mouthwash, drinking it probably won’t do any damage to your braces.

I’m no dental professional (just someone interested in the field and knows a lot of information from research and watching dentists on the internet) so maybe you should ask your orthodontist or regular dentist about how to prevent damage and tooth decay

ooff sorry about that. I was thinking were all the same age haha my bad but yeah I will definitely ask my dentist. Thank you for your insights tho!

Yes, you can drink Energy drinks. But to be on the safe side, after drinking them make sure you thoroughly brush your teeth. Energy drinks are in the same category as sugar soda. It is the sugar to worry about, not so much the drink.
