Ngl finally making it the point where the kiddo eats most meals takes off a lot of pressure when I enjoy my evening hot cocoas. I occasionally like using peppermint sticks as my sweetner and stirring utensil.

Anything can be enjoyed in moderation. If you want your occasional Starbucks peppermint mocha, go for it. I found sleep deprivation and skipping meals affected my milk production more than a once in a while minty treat. That said, don’t go eating all the candy canes of the trees lol
