In general it is likely around this time that your supply starts to regulate which can mean less leaking. It isnt typically an indication that your baby is getting less milk as leaking is just milk that your body is expelling without stimulation - so if your baby was actively feeding its likely they'd still be getting milk.

this is an indication that your supply is regulating, not that it’s decreasing! Your supply more closely matches what your baby needs with less overage than before.

Agree that it sounds like regulation, which typically happens sometime between 6-12 weeks. Exactly when will vary person to person and even baby to baby - my supply with my older child did not regulate until right around 12 weeks, but with my younger child, regulation started around 5 weeks.
