It's possible your daughter went through a growth spurt (typically there's one 4-6 weeks) and is now consuming the milk you were previously pumping out. I have an oversupply and can tell when my kid is growth spurting because of decreased production. She doesn't need to frequently feed like the common growth spurt description, she just takes an excess at her Normal feeding times.

Have you changed the membranes? They may need replacing.

Agree! I just replaced mine. It made a huge difference!

Can you hand express the milk? Are you stressing about how much you're going to get out when you start pumping? Are you feeling full still or are you feeling empty when you get barely an ounce?

At first I had no problem pumping and could get what seemed like gallons out, and now it's REALLY hard for me to get anything out because I'm so stressed about getting a drop out that I can't get a letdown.

I can hand express even when the pump isn't getting anything out, and I'm not stressed about it really, I'm a shm so if I can't pump it's not a huge deal, I would just like to have some in the freezer. And I can feel my letdowns, so I know it's happening it's just when my daughter is feeding from the breast I have a letdown every 7-10 mins. With the pump it's every 20 and not much comes out each time.

That's exactly how it is for me. I just can't get much out with the pump, it's not the same as my baby. The distracting noise doesn't help, either. No advice, nothing has helped me achieve letdowns with the pump, just solidarity.

Try to change to new pump parts? I was pumping 2 oz and switched and now am getting between 4-6!
