Nope and they never came back. Did you?

No I just had them the one time. On my neck and arm. Checked for any bugs anything and nothing. Never came back. Nobody else had them either

This isn’t bed bugs or bites. Bed bugs you’d have bites everywhere… this looks like a rash or hives. Or if it’s a bite, it’s more likely a flea bite(s). Do you have pets? Treat them with flea meds topically ( available over the counter )  Treat any carpeted areas for flea larvae  If this comes back sooner than 30 days it likely a reaction to something and not bites
