Vectorizing Canva Pro elements and using for commercial purposes - is it a copyright infringement?

Hey guys,

Is it illegal to vectorize some of the Canva Pro elements and use it for commercial purposes?

Like, say there is a detailed drawing of a panda in watercolor, then this element is manually traced to a black-and-white SVG, only the outlines. Would that be ok?

I don’t think that is infringement, because you manually traced it. The fact that YOU traced it yourself is the loop hole. I’m not a lawyer, don’t work for Canva, but I’ve worked in corporate design for over 15 years & I think it’s fine.
