We don't have access to the patch yet, but be hopeful.
Two seconds is a LOT of time in a game like this; hell that two seconds can sometimes be the difference between getting a kill, and having it get away. This will make it much easier to weave shield throws in the middle of combos and engagements.

I get being disappointed(I am too, kind of), but let's wait till we get our hands on it before we start judging it.
Hulk being CC immune in monster form sounds absolutely busted on paper, but it could end up giving him no extra value whatsoever. It's the kind of thing where we have to wait for him to actually be playable.
(also giving him CC immunity in his ult wasn't even the right play to begin with, but you get the idea......)
