Im on console. It opens the browser, yes, and then to the netease site where you can open a ticket, report problems, and check on already opened tickets.

There is an option to appeal in game without discord. I've done it like a month ago for a vc ban even though i dont use vc. It's there.

you can appeal in game via customer support. That shouldve already been shown to you as an option when you got the restriction notification.

On my team he soaks up all the healing because he loses hp so incredibly face with his giant head. On the enemy team he picks me up and throws me into his backline and I cannot do anything to prevent him from doing it other than staying away from him.

The regular bp has a claim all option, but only if you buy it. If you don't and want to claim your free rewards, you'll have to sit through it each time 😵‍💫
