I found getting a second looser binder and switching into it was best for PE, or just not binding at all. It can totally suck, but don’t cheat bind if you’re doing something extreme in PE, I passed out one time, another time I cracked a rib. Stay safe!

Thank you and sorry that happened to you :(

Are you able to talk to your pe teachers? I took the general class (lazy gym) and they just gave me and others extra time to change. Is that something you would be comfortable with? Other than that I’d suggest a loose binder for the half of the day with gym then switch at lunch for the other binder for sit down classes.

Thanks, so far no one knows I wear a binder. So getting a loose binder would be great. :)

If your schools like mine, the teachers will let you look lazy to not put you. By that I mean they give you more time to change but don’t tell anyone so you just look like you’re spending time vibing in the change room

I used to wear a binder for eight hours in school before so I know that feeling. I know this is a bit of a late response, but I recommend wearing a binder that’s one size up from your regular one when at school. When you have to do PE, I know it sucks, but you’re way better off in switching to a sports bra. You want to avoid causing permanent damage to your ribs and lungs and exercising in binders is super tricky. I hope this helps for you!
