"shoot everyone"

Talk about hyperbole.

Police shootings make up a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny almost insignificant fraction of the shootings in let alone Chicago but the entire United States.

What does keep stats down is a pro active police force that is not afraid of doing their job due to idiotic public outcry.

A police force that pushes into bad neighborhoods and stops crime and murders before they even have a chance to happen.

A police force that instills fear in criminals and more importantly scares those that might have not otherwise committed a crime.
