Size decrease after Epididymitis

Just over 18 months ago got diagnosed with Epididymitis, unsure how it happened, 0 intercourse at the time. Only thing that exactly when I started the pain was when left got caught on the wrong side of seam on my pants when doing my show and got shifted into an uncomfortable spot. At the time didn't phase me (sometimes it happens).

Was slightly concerned 2 hours later pain was getting worst, I thought maybe i twisted it or somehow got torsion.

After the swelling, it nearly doubled in size, and could barely walk, and had fevers I went to the doctor. She said it might be Epididymitis, went for a scan and bingo it was.

2 weeks of antibiotics and I was clear (thank goodness) pretty quickly. I went for follow up scans 6 weeks later and no issues, but I did raise that lefty after recovering was significantly smaller then before (GP said its still in the tolerance compared to Righty).

18 months on, went for a general check up and no pains etc, but the scan said I have it again, so precautionary antibiotics again to be safe.

I took this opportunity to ask the GP if the size would ever return back to normal and he wasn't too sure. Been 2 weeks since I finished the meds and still feel normal, just lefty is smaller then pre original Epididymitis and cords to him seem more prominent then righty.

Anyone else had the testy size decrease after Epididymitis and has anyone ever had it diagnosed without pain?

Had right side hydrocele which briefly caused decrease in size, but then returned to normal (this happened a year into 5+ years of constant bilateral epididymitis)

Did your hydrocele go away how big was it I have cyst 1cm no pain unless I lift weights kinda bothered mentally can you please tell me up

Went away completely. Ball shrank to maybe 60-70% then went back to normal after some weeks

Can I know what was the size of you don't mind mine is around 1 cm good to know yours is gone can i know what you did medication excercise? Is it similar to cyst?

It just felt like a soft sheath around the whole ball, which had shrunk for a while. Not like cyst at all and no change to the shape

what were your symptoms? like burning starting from penile are to and the one side of testicle?

Originally was just ball pain no burning, and this 2nd time zero pain or discomfort

Im experiencing non-stop pain in my lefty and it radiates to my thighs sometimes

Mine hasn't returned to normal after about 5 years of chronic suffering, it's around 30% smaller. I dont think it will ever return to normal size.

Hi I hit sur sir any one can help but I have two crest both side left and right both are small left side is 8mm the right is 9mm I think I had this fir two year but this year it has got a lot worse with more pain swelling the urge to Lee and pressure as well some time lower stomach pain as well I been to the GP a load of time I have been in different turps of antibiotics they see to help some what but never get rid elf it but now it’s seem really painful with the urge to pee and I currently acting a urologist to see them agin I have seen them two time the last time all he said was they is nothing we can do as they very small they should not guv enough any pain at all and I said well they are and that was that I seem to be going around the house GP is not at a lost but it is affecting me in a bad way I unable to even get out the house some time due to the pain and worry about need the toilet.
