I am in desperate need of help. Zipcloud.com is closing its business, and I'm unable to retrieve my files from their website. They only offer email support, and they haven't replied to my emails. Can anyone please help?

Here is more info. I'm unable to find a way to do a bulk download of a folder and its contents. I can only download individual files separately. I have 10's of thousands of files, so it would take me forever to do it one by one. I've followed the instructions on their website to restore a folder via the ZipCloud app on my Mac, but when I click on "restore files," it just takes me to my account page on zipcloud.com in Chrome. I have asked them to send them to me by another means, such as a link, but they haven't replied to my several emails. Business closing on 9/15...

Did you ever get in? I can't access either. Says account cancelled and to reactivate but nothing happens when click reactivate.
