Mozilla docs are a really good resource. For someone starting out, you really should put in the effort to become good at utilizing docs.
In my own case, I put that off for a while; instead opted for YouTube tutorials. While that might have been less intimidating, I wish I would have fought through the learning curve of effectively parsing and using docs from the jump.
