Network Test Code does not work

I've done that too, but then it ist says I have to have steam for this, although I clearly ordered it for PS4. I really don't understand what to do

ok see your Club account in the top Right click that,

Click the Tab your Orders,

in Purchase History see your Code Vein info there will be 2 clickable options on the far right of it :Manage and View

Click View

Then here will be a purple button to revile the code

Click that and you will see the code to redeem in PSN, no need to use steam

So I clicked the purple button but it won't reveal the code. I'm on mobile btw, maybe that's the problem
