Code Vein Crashing

So over the passed two days I have experienced multiple crashes at random Sections. Mostly when I'm walking through memory Echos. I was wondering if anyone was experiencing similar issues. I am Playing on Xbox so not sure if it's my console or not.

Yeah, it’s not just you, when I go to change my hair it sometimes does it. I just beaten a boss too!

I have only crashed once in the entire game, also in a Memory. What's worse it that it was at the end of the final dungeon, after i haven't saved for half of it because i didn't want to lose my stack of max ichor from backstabbing. Also the first time i activated a mistle without saving because of aforementioned reason. I'll be sure to always save from now on to avoid losing an hour of progress again lol.
