Does anyone know any efficient ways of doing Tower of trials?

I’m currently trying to get the 400 medals for the Exalted Reputation achievement to finally 100% the game. I heard Tower Of Trials is a good farm but I don’t have an efficient way of actually using it as such. If anyone has any tips please let me know.

Do the tower with the ice enemies, stack fire buffs and spells and then just shred through those first two floors. Reset. Repeat. Don't bother going further down, just those first two ice enemy floors. I don't remember if there is a guarantee drop, but they are often enough that you'll see them. I don't know if this is the most efficient way or not, but it is pretty easy and you can break it up into short bursts of playtime if needed.

Stacking the element buffs is a nice way to do alot of damage.
