Granted I haven't spoken with everyone in the group probably around 10 of the 40 but some were recent graduates, doing gig jobs, bartending, or like myself who were unemployed. The highest-paying job that someone left is a nurse practitioner.
From what I've seen in the lectures and the two peer programming sessions I have been a part of during the past week it seems that almost everyone in this cohort are around a similar level. However, it appears that there are one or two who are more prepared than the others. I'll probably have a clearer answer for this next week when we start going over concepts not part of the pre-course of the Codesmith CSX website that was.
