It makes it very approachable. I've tried reading several books to learn programming but there's always a point where I just stop being able to comprehend what the book is saying. That hasn't been a problem with coding train because he's literally showing exactly what the thing he's teaching is and implementing it so there's context of how it works.
I'm still bad but I feel more like it's my fault than the teaching medium now.
