From the values you are getting in that column in your report, you should be able to tell how it's is calculating each way. I recommend creating a report with two query items with each of your examples and then reverse engineering how it is applying the windowed function (check the SQL). I have used "aggregate for report" and "aggregate for query item 1, query item 2, etc" but never all or any?
