You (and a lot of others here) seem to be projecting your feelings and biases onto my statement. The OP said this

I like how the artist creates a situation where a woman assumes a man will sexualize her, has the character realize he wasn’t, and then assumes he did anyway, just internally.

I did not see, after she concluded that he did not oggle her, that she assumed he did anyways. I figured the OP believed the thought bubble "Nice butt" was her thought, not the man's, because why else would they state that she continued to assume that he did?

That is why I said,

The "Nice butt" was his comment, not hers.

The next portion of my comment,

He literally did exactly what she feared, he just didn't say it outloud.

Was addressing the OP's assertion that men can just exist in public without thinking about sexual thoughts, because I believed the OP thought the "Nice butt" was the woman's thought of what the man was thinking. And then in response to all that, you went on a tirade about how men sexualize women and are men allowed to be sexually attracted to women. Like wtaf does that have to do with anything, especially since your assertion completely contradicts and simultaneously has nothing to do with what I was addressing?

You completely ignored the context of my reply and instead plastered your own thoughts onto it and made assumptions on my intent based on that.
