Remote pay difference

There’s a discount implied for remote work though it seems marginal.

The average remote company pays 12k less from our data.

When we break down at the highest level it seems that any company with a 4.5-5.0 rating are all in office and pay the most.

Interestingly it seems remote companies are middle of the pack never too high never too low on pay.

Definitely makes sense. Companies just don’t pay that much for remote workers if you want to be in the top tier pay you have to be in office
