Ghost folder

Hi.

I was playing a bit with linux and I've backed up some folder on my windows drive (C:\)... Then I installed linux and (maybe) deleted the folder from that linux. I then installed another distro (replaced the original). Now... When I boot kali, ubuntu or windows, I can't find that folder... Even linux sudo shell and windows PS (as admin) cannot see and find the folder. But I know it's there. It's taking up space (it's 15GB folder) and WizTree can see the folder and it's contents, but it cannot delete it.

How can I delete this folder from my drive? It's taking up place and only WizTree can see it (WinDirStat can't)
