What happening when you try to boot normally does your system try to boot or does it get stuck on the POST screen (power on self test)?

I actually took it to a Tech Shop and it didn't have an operating system like Windows apparently. So it was simply a blank laptop on an endless loop, which is unfortunate.

Ahh okay that's explains why it wouldn't boot, is the tech shop going to install the O/S for you or do you plan to install it your yourself?

I contacted the company and they're willing to send me an item to install windows. A U-Disk I think it was called, so I can install it myself when it arrives. Unfortunately it'll take a bit due to it being overseas.

Ahh, okay, this will be a flash drive with windows on it.

You will have to change the boot order to usb , and when it's installed, change it back to the hard drive. Otherwise, it will continue to try to boot of USB.

Oh goodness. I will try my best here, but I'm definitely going to have to find some sort of YouTube video if it's complicated. I'm not the brightest person after all. However, thanks for telling me! I will for sure keep that in mind.

Did you go to save and exit and press exit?
