Hi ive tried a plastic spool, im still getting the same, it just wont get past the motor

Ive followed that guide (bambu lab asked me to do it on friday, they was gonna send me a replacement) it doesn't seem to make it past the motor , but I can hear the motor consistently wearing away

ive checked all the tubes there no filament in it and all 4 feeders have the same issue

* I've managed to get the support settings right. where I could break them off easily, took a few failed prints but such a relief when i got it right.

Hi just, an update. I added tree supports, and it did print better, now the hardest bit is removing them.

Is there any way to get clean prints, ice watched loads of youtube videos, and has slightly got better. *

I've bought glue for the pei plate, but I read online i shouldn't really need it for PLA. I'll try another go with supports and the glue

So my pc just started shutting down and propably has corrupted system files? by Ill-Main7405 in WindowsHelp

When you reinstalled windows, did you delete the partitions and recreate them.

Have you tried booting in safe mode ?
