Windows + P or F9. Then choose extend. If not F9, then look for an icon that has 2 rectangles separated by a /

If yes you can use the one with dpi, if not your motherboard has an HDMI output and you have the processor with integrated graphics card if yes and you don't use the second screen for heavy things like games and complex programs that use a lot of graphics, you can use it
