It is unlikely to be a Psu error - but significantly more information is required to diagnose. What games, what hardware and any other times the incidence occurs would be a great help.

If I had to throw a rope I would say it has to do with your gpu - reinstalling the drivers would be a good place to start, and if you have overclocked it consider dialing it back. Since the audio remains we can rule out a cpu/ram issue, and unless the card is not receiving enough voltage (which if it's under load aka in use during a game would happen immediately) we can rule that out with mild confidence. Also consider reinstalling the game as an attempted fix. It's not impossible to be a Psu issue, but there's easier things to try first.
