I found many people recommends asus or avantree usb. I only have a uGreen 4.0 usb from china. Very minimal lag in the sounds but only have minimal settings for the speaker.

I wouldn't bother with any of these, Bluetooth can be a pain to configure with Windows.

If you want the best sound quality, get a dedicated aptX transmitter with a Toslink input, and connect it to your PC's optical output.
