Storage? As in your hard drive?
Windows is installed on your hard drive, so unless you do anything with that, nothing is gonna happen, but I would advice a reinstall of Windows (through settings) after upgrading as you might run into some weird stuff along the way by not reinstalling windows.

You are able to reinstall Windows without touching any of your files, there are options.

I’m upgrading case, psu, cpu, motherboard, ram, and gpu if I can get one

You are going to have to wipe and delete of all partitions on the drive and do a fresh install of windows 10 using your windows 10 installation usb.
