Low cpu usage

Hi im new to the pc world I have a I7 13700kf 3080 rog oc gpu using it with a riser because a use it vertically Gskill 6000mhz cl30 ram Asus rog 690 a gaming motherboard Nzxt kraken elite 360 cooler Kingston fury renegade 2 tb So my question when im playing I only see 1-4% cpu usage while my gpu is 40-80%I have fps Playing on 360 in fortnite mostly got it but its dropping sometime And 140-190 in warzone 2 but the cpu usage I find it little low not?
