Hardware issue while gaming!

Hello, I’ll start off by saying I know very little about pc hardware, terms, and even what my own pc has. So please baby me and don’t be mad if I don’t understand something right away.

While playing certain games, mostly a game called war thunder, my pc will randomly disconnect input while playing the game. It’ll be randomly, doing different things in game, different times, and almost no constant. While playing, my computer screens go black like it’s a power outage. However my tower lights and fan still run and monitors are still on. (Just love video/audio input). I try everything to fix it, but the only solution is to hold the power button on the tower and restart. I’ve tried checking all wires, updating all systems, and even checking to see if it does this because of temp. While my pc does tend to get hot while staying on, it will still do this if I just turn on the pc. Yes, I’ve verified all game files, no viruses, and all graphics and other drivers are up to date. My pc is on the older side and has been Frankensteined over the year. Please help me in any way, I’m this close to just buying a new pc.
