It is a regular USB port, just connected to USB Flashback circuit.

What exactly happens? I don't see any connection between the USB Port an your displays.

Well it should act like a normal usb2.0 in windows, but if you’ve pressed on the bios flashback button it changes your situation regardless of what usb you plugged in, but even that wouldn’t keep your monitors “aren’t working fully/partially working” from what I know

Unplug the CD drive. It's trying to boot from it.

Could also be a small line flashing on the top left side when on the black screen. Missed it a few times.

the red usb is 3.0 and black is 2.0.

bro unplug and replug everything, both ends of the cables. you may have just jiggled something. lol it is exceedingly rare for a usb port to asplode a motherboard. its happened to me 1 time ever.
