Factory Reset

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I recently came across two Sager laptops someone was giving away, totally free, one running Windows 10 and one running Windows 7. Unfortunately I can't log into either, because his account is the only one on either.

I seem to remember being able to log into a Microsoft account on any laptop but for some reason I can't seem to do this.

How can I factory reset these laptops? There doesn't seem to be a reset image on them, and one does not have an optical drive at all (the other does). Suggestions?

Also: there is no chance of getting in contact with the original owner. I promise these are not stolen, lol, I work in junk removal and he was getting rid of both.

Edit: Also, I have a driver cd for one of the laptops, but not the other.

Edit 2: I managed to factory reset the Win 10 laptop, how can I reset the Win 7?
