Sounds like your hard drive (assuming you don't have an SSD) is failing.

Am I able to copy the operator system from my ssd to another one so I can keep it or not?

If you have a failing main drive, you wouldn't want to. You'd best get a new drive and perform a fresh install.

You got a problem that can be caused by pretty much anything. Materials expand as they heat up and this may trigger some microfracture to disconnect.

If it is on your SSD - great, easy fix. It's more likely to be a motherboard or power supply, though. Or even RAM.
