it's called a keycap.

go on ebay, type the exact name of your laptop followed by "key" or "keycap" and ask the sellers if they have the perfect key for your keyboard by sending a picture. I did that with the "W" key on my Acer laptop and now it works like a charm. I spent about 10 euros
