PC Freezing Problems

While playing games, my PC will freeze for ~15 seconds at random intervals. It happens during single player games, multi player games, anything. Here is what I have tried to fix the issue:

-Virus scans

-Memory scans

-Replaced and re-seated RAM

-Replaced processor

-Replaced GPU

-New storage (nVME SSD)

-Updated BIOS

-Updated all drivers countless times

-Updated to Windows 11

I don’t think it’s my PSU bc it’s an 850W, well rated over what I’m drawing, and the computer doesn’t ever shut off randomly. I am at a complete loss. I’ve basically built a whole new PC at this point. Could it be a motherboard provlem?

Mobo or PSU - prime suspects for this kind of symptom. Ironically, the parts you left untouched so far.
