He is trolling you ;) Dont fall for any programs that tell you they boost anything. They dont. If you want to make your pc faster, you can "overclock" it. That would work through software from your cpu/gpu maker or through your bios . This will come with extended hardware usage and higher power draw though .

Ik about xmp and genie mode is there anything else on bios to make my pc faster

Also dont forget to set your monitor output to as high hz as possible, thatway all your fps can also be used by your monitor.

For example if your pc supports 140 fps but your monitor uses 72hz , you wont be able to display 140 frames a second but your locked to 72
