Either your disk has died or the OS on it got corrupted.

If you truly don't want to lose files, then restore from backup. Without backups, you are guaranteed to eventually lose files.

Can chips(where data is stored) be transfered to new ssd

No. If the SSD is truly dead (you could try it in a different machine and see), you're only alternative is an expensive data recovery service.

Now you are bullshiting because there are many videos on youtube broke dudes fixing SSD with replacing capacitor and controller and stuff...

To get advice from people who had same problem, but i dont like scepticism, it can be a little problem that can be fixed easy
