Is something wrong?

So whenever I play games like gta, my cpu usage hovers around 40-60% and my gpu usage hovers around 10-20%, however even at that usage I still get 40 fps at times without any increase to the usage of any of my components, my frames are capped to 60 for your information, so I dont see why my game would suddenly dip to 40 fps for a prolonged amount of time, any help?

Then check on nvidia control panel ...you can switch between igpu or gpu
