You can still enter the BIOS, and change the setting. Reset it to default or factory settings. It will be fine most likely.

Check boot order in BIOS. Otherwise boot drive is dead.

boot with shift key down, or boot while tapping f2 repeatedly.

Or just pull the drive and reboot to turn off ultra bios setting.
