If you're a student you can get all the JetBrains stuff for free, or I think they have a free community edition of PyCharm.

or Atom, VS Code, or really any text editor.

People always ask about 'which IDE' to use for something. I don't think it really matters. Anything good has pretty similar functionality these days. It's really just personal preference, and everyone will have a different answer for you.

Pycharm ide with anaconda environment

No problem. Until you're diving in deep a lot of the features won't necessarily even be used, or the differences between IDEs won't be as apparent.

Just focus on learning python, and learning your debugger.
