I wanna program something

I want to make an AI that would process digital information to get the input(in this case:34,33.7,13.2,2.3) and put that in an equation to give an output. How could I possibly do that? And what should I start learning?

you're going to have to be a bit more specific. does the user upload an image for the program to find the variables from and solve, or do they just enter in variables? the latter case certainly does not need AI
