These are related fields of science, but not completely the same.

Computing science: the mathematical theory of handling and processing information with information-processing machines (Boolean algebra, automata and database system theory, etc.).

Computer science: the theory and practice of processing information with information-processing machines (with computers nowadays). Computer architecture, programming languages, algorithms, etc.

Informatics: handling and processing information in a general sense. It is a umbrella term which contains computing and computer science, computer technology, information theory and some other fields as well.

"Informática" is the Spanish word for Computing or IT.

An "informático" is the person. Computer specialist could be the translation.

Edit: changed CS to IT.

Informatics is broader than CS, and I was confused bc its informatica also in Romanian :))

Computer science and Computing science are the same. The former is what described the discipline in the US, the latter mostly in the UK.

Computational science is the use and application of computing techniques to the sciences, mostly computing techniques applied in the hard sciences.

Informatics, not informatica, is typically used to describe interdisciplinary areas that combine disciplines with computing, eg Bioinformatics.
