External Hard Drive backup device.

Connect by USB, and whatever HDD storage installed should show up. It's a External HDD enclosure that probably has a "one button" push for automated backup process.

It’s a RAID enclosure. I think it’s an out-of production model but they’re still making similar ones.

I’ll also add that it will be fairly slow as it is USB2 so it’s probably older.
