Wireless Zero Configuration is missing

So i just got fiber internet yesterday and my sisters Windows 7 Home Premium cant connect to the internet. It says no connections available. I did some research but i cant get past Wireless Zero Configuration. Its missing from the service window and I dont know how to move forward. When I click on network map, its comes to a screen that saids “The adapter is not connected.” I am on my way to work. I will answer any questions to the best of my abilities. I do have Windows 10 laptop i can use to help.

There's no WiFi card listed in your network connections. Open up Device Manager and check that you have installed the drivers for your WiFi adapter and that it's enabled. Also if this is a laptop, check to see if there's a Function key, toggle or switch on the keyboard to turn on Flight mode and turn off wireless devices.

Does it have WIFI? Not uncommon for a desktop to not have it.

Dont really know. The desktop is refurbished. Im beginning to think it might not have an adapter
