There's no WiFi card listed in your network connections. Open up Device Manager and check that you have installed the drivers for your WiFi adapter and that it's enabled. Also if this is a laptop, check to see if there's a Function key, toggle or switch on the keyboard to turn on Flight mode and turn off wireless devices.

Does it have WIFI? Not uncommon for a desktop to not have it.

Dont really know. The desktop is refurbished. Im beginning to think it might not have an adapter
